Nécrologie de Laurie Proulx

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurie Proulx (nee Ouimet) on Friday, Dec 23, 2016 at the age of 51. She passed away peacefully with her family by her side after a long battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Gilles Proulx. Cherished daughter of Charles and Norma Ouimet, dear sister to Christopher (Nan). Loving and devoted mother to Justin (Katrina), Brandi Lee (Jules) and Meagan (Michael). Special grandmother to Emma, Mason and Aiden. She will be missed by niece Jillian Brown (Michael) of New Zealand and David (Chelsea) of Winnipeg. She will be missed by lifelong friend Teresa Mulroney, former partner Brian Reid and by numerous family, friends and co-workers from Loblaws. The family will receive relatives and friends at Heritage Funeral Complex, 1250 Trim Rd. (corner of Taylor Creek Dr.), Orléans, on Wednesday, December 28th, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm and on Thursday, December 29th, 2016 from 10 – 11 am. A Funeral Service will follow in the Heritage Chapel at 11 a.m., followed by a reception.
