Cynthia was a cherished colleague of mine at the Bank of Canada. She was always smiling, upbeat, funny, positive and kind and added a light to our days. We will all miss her. Cynthia was a constant in my working life. I met her on my first day in DBO and she made sure that I was settled in and had everything I needed. Over the years we both moved around, but it was reassuring when I saw her to know that she was still here and spreading her special brand of caring and team spirit.
