Nécrologie de Normand Joseph Gould
Normand, dad, "skipper", passed away peacefully on Sunday August 26th, 2018, surrounded by family, after a short battle with cancer. Normand is survived by his brother Paul (Jackie), his wife Huberte (nee Robichaud), his children Nicole (Gilles), Maurice (Susan), Nadine (Jeremy) and his grandchildren Stephanie, Mathieu, Sophie, Emily, Sara & Ashley. He will also be missed by his extended family in New-Brunswick. Norm started his career with CN and worked in various departments of the Federal Government, finally retiring from the RCMP in 2009 as a civilian from his position as Regional Director, Asset Management and Procurement. The family would like to send a sincere thank you to the staff and volunteers at the Ottawa Hospital General Campus 5th floor oncology department for their kindness, compassion, patience and loving care. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you make a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation. A celebration of Normand’s life will take place at the Heritage Funeral Complex, 1250 Trim Road, Orléans on Saturday, September 8th from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
