Nécrologie de Roger Morin
After a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s disease, Roger Hector Morin passed away peacefully at the age of 77 surrounded by family on Tuesday, January 8th 2019. Devoted husband to Odette (nee Cardinal). Proud father of Tony (Julie), Andrea (Leonard), Gigi (Frank) and Diane (Scott). Cherished grandfather to Amanda, Chelsea, Carson, Patrick, Maverick, Jaeden, Alice and Henri as well as five great-grandchildren. Beloved sibling to Bruce, Suzanne, Leona, Lillian, Annie, Debbie and Jackie. Predeceased by his parents, Philip and Hazel (nee Crawford). Roger loved to make everyone laugh with his jokes. He had a passion for golf and played many rounds throughout Canada and the United States. He also loved watching sports and could be heard cheering on for his favorite teams which included the Montreal Canadians, the Miami Dolphins and the Toronto Blue Jays. Friends and family may pay their respects at the Heritage Funeral Complex (1250 Trim Rd. Orleans, ON) on Friday, February 8th from 6 to 8pm or on Saturday, February 9th from 9 to 11am. A ceremony will follow in the Heritage Funeral Complex chapel at 11am followed by a reception where friends and family can gather to share stories.
