Nécrologie de Claudette Brûlé

Claudette Brûlé (née Roy) est décédée paisiblement le 11 août 2019, à l’âge de 77 ans, après un long combat contre la maladie d’Alzheimer. Elle laisse dans le deuil, ses trois enfants Marc (Claire Thériault), Sylvie (Kevin Beaudette) et Alain (Nancy Neilson), ainsi que sa sœur Madeleine Michel (Alfred) et ses petits-enfants Julie, Sébastien, Sophie, Alexandre, Zachary, Benoit et Mathieu. Elle laisse aussi derrière elle deux belles-sœurs  bien-aimées Carmen et Madeleine, sans oublier ses neveux, nièces et nombreux amis.

Malgré notre tristesse, l’idée qu’elle soit réunie avec son mari défunt Roger, ses parents et ses beaux-parents nous réconforte énormément. Maman et grand-maman exceptionnelle, Claudette était aussi une enseignante dévouée, une étudiante passionnée, tant pour les cultures, les langues et les voyages. De plus, elle cherchait toujours à aider les autres et à redonner à sa communauté.

La famille recevra parents et amis au complexe funéraire Héritage, 1250 ch. Trim, Orléans, le dimanche 18 août de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h. Une messe commémorative se déroulera à la Paroisse St-Joseph d’Orléans, 2757 boul. St-Joseph, lundi le 19 août à 11h suivi d’un goûter au sous-sol. La famille aimerait remercier sincèrement le personnel de la Résidence Madonna d’Orléans pour les bons soins et services prodigués.

Claudette Brûlé (born Roy) died peacefully August 11^th 2019, at the age of 77 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. She leaves in mourning her three children Marc (Claire Thériault), Sylvie (Kevin Beaudette) and Alain (Nancy Neilson), as well as her sister Madeleine Michel (Alfred) and her grand-children Julie, Sébastien, Sophie, Alexandre, Zachary, Benoit and Mathieu. She’s also leaving behind her two beloved sisters-in-law Carmen and Madeleine, without forgetting her nephews and nieces and her many friends.

Despite our sadness, the idea that she’s reunited with her late husband Roger, her parents and her parents-in-law, is extremely comforting. Amazing mother and grandmother, Claudette was a devoted teacher, but also a passionate student, as much for cultures, languages and travels. She was also always ready to help others and to give back to her community.

We will be receiving friends and family at Heritage Funeral Home, 1250 Trim road, Orleans, on Sunday August 18^th from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. A commemorative mass will be held at the St-Joseph Parish, 2757 St-Joseph boulevard, on Monday August 19^th at 11am followed by a reception in the basement. The family would like to thank the staff of Madonna Community Care for the wonderful care and services provided to Mom over the past few years.
